Food and cooking demonstrations such as the old cowboy favorite of Dutch-oven cooking over a campfire, local restaurants including with the Genoa Station Grille, Genoa Country Store, La Ferme and Trimmer Outpost will serve their regular menus, plus something special just for the Cowboy Festival (details below).
Saturday morning is a special early morning treat at the Douglas Masonic Lodge #12 with the Masons hosting a $5 Pancake Breakfast inside the historic Masonic Hall. The breakfast consists of pancakes with syrup, sausage, coffee, hot cocoa and milk for the kids.
Festival food booths will be available throughout the event with all kinds of gourmet food: From Tri-Tip sandwiches to hand-dipped Corn Dogs, Teryaki Skewers to Chili Dogs and all served with a variety of sides and drinks, like fresh-squeezed lemonade and queso chips!

Cowboy Pancake Breakfast hosted by the Masons will be served in the historic lodge building in Genoa from 8–11 a.m., Saturday, May 3 — $5 at the door.
MENU: Pancakes with syrup, eggs, sausage and coffee. Proceeds help preserve and maintain the Masonic Lodge building in Genoa. For information or to volunteer to help serve, call (775) 690-1120.
