Ed & Connie Kretschmer
Ed and Connie have been playing and making music together ever since they got married in 1977. They started out performing with just the two of them. As years went by, they became a family band with their 3 talented daughters joining in the fun. Their daughters are grown now and have moved away with their own “family” bands.
Ed and Connie are back where it all started with just the two of them, most of the time, some three decades later. Ed and Connie can also be seen and heard with the Peavine Pickers based out of Smoky Valley, Nevada.
In addition to performing at the Genoa Cowboy Festival, they have performed numerous times at the Mizpah Hotel in Tonopah, Mule Days in Bishop, Laws Railroad Museum and others too numerous to mention here. When they are not on the road performing, Ed is a geologist for Caltrans and Connie is a science and band teacher.
at all Daytime Concerts and "Front Porch" sessions on Friday & Saturday. |
